In recent years, a series of the country for the introduction of macro-controlmeasures in the real estate industry, particularly from the2010addition to thecontinuation since the most severe in the history of macro-control policies, resulted inunprecedented pressure to the domestic real estate enterprises, small and medium-sizedroom enterprises are facing access to raise the threshold of the real estate market,competitive pressures increase, more and more scarce land resources, financing moredifficult, increasingly high customer demand, more and more standardized industrymanagement situation. With the initial formation of the adjustment of the national realestate structure, can be predicted that the real estate industry will gradually enter thestandard and orderly competition, this competition will be an Ebb Tide. Will graduallyraise the threshold of the real estate industry, real estate enterprises should assess thesituation and timely change management mode change from past experience managementto strategic management direction. Corporate strategic planning will determine thecapacity of the core strategic system to a real estate business can go to how much can gofar.Based on this, I tried to use the theory of corporate strategic management, start withthe problems in the macro environment and the company, the strategic analysis of the ZJreal estate company and external business environment, market, product, developmentpatterns, and, according to to select for ZJ company’s development strategy, and thenasked the specific implementation of the strategy, and for the prevalence of strategicbarriers to implementation, the use of the Balanced Scorecard strategic objectives of thedecomposition, to develop specific and measurable indicators of action and program ofaction, guidance and control ZJ company management to achieve the strategic objectivesof the operability and can be implemented, to break down the pathway of strategyformulation and implementation. To do while avoiding disadvantages, in order to give fullplay to existing strengths to solve the the ZJ real estate company’s sustainabledevelopment ability in the new strategic program under the guidance, direction and meansto provide enterprises with innovation and transformation of space for development.This article ZJ real estate company development strategy, business developmentfacing inside and outside the plight of small and medium-sized real estate companies,faced with fierce competition, improve the ability to resist risks, grasp the critical successfactors, integration of optimized internal and external resources, enhance the corecompetitiveness and creating competitive advantage, and maintain the sustainabledevelopment and innovative ability to make a certain contribution can learn.
