The Research On Food Safety Management Systems(FSMS) Of Langfang City

Food is the important basis of the social survival and development.The level of foodsafety management represents the degree of social management level,legal systemconstruction and satisfaction with people’s life. In recent years,the Langfang food safetysituation is not optimistic as a microcosm of the national food safety environment.Thefrequent food safety incidents are not only risk for the parties’physical health, but alsoimpact on the country’s economic development and social stablity,so it’s the importantsignificance to enhance the research on Langfang food safety management forstrengthening the system construction of the regional market economy,reducing food healthsecurity hidden danger and transforming government’s priority.Based on the regional food safety management problems and the current food safetyhot topics, the thesis is analysed to the role and problems of the regional managementsystems, raised some feasible suggestions. and then contributed to the social publicfoundation through improving the current management situation.To establish the food safety management system of Langfang should focus on theconstruction of the law system and the public participation by means of credit education toensure the food safety comprehensive regulatory from the ideology. Finally it should becombined with goverment, companies,guilds and public to participate in this system, anddemands to communicate effectively, cooperate closely and act promply betweendepartments in order to achieve the aim of “Done and Will”.
