| Hebei province is a big agricultural province，fresh agricultural products consumptionnot only affects the people’s livelihood interests, but also related to supply chain members ofthe immediate interests. Relying on the wholesale market, the farmers’ market and the chainsupermarket, its circulation system has been building. It is difficult to adapt to the consumers’needs which are increasingly distinctive, multiple and green, causing the fresh agriculturalproduct circulation loss, high circulation cost, the price is not stable, it is imminent toconstruct circulation pattern of fresh agricultural product high standard.In the first place, the author briefly declares the supportive policies from the governmentfor the fresh agricultural products circulation model, and depicts specifically the typicalcirculation model in the United States, the Netherlands and Japan so as to offer someexperimental experience for Hebei province. Secondly, this paper discussed four kinds ofcirculation pattern of fresh agricultural products in Hebei province, and points out the mainproblems in the agricultural products circulation system. Based on the statistics collection andspot investigation, the author finds out that the agricultural products are principaldecentralized in operation; its logistics remains outdated; the cold chain circulation appears inlow rates and less informatization; and the food safety problem becomes increasingly severe.Aiming at the six problems mentioned above and learning from foreign advancedexperience, the author puts forward three kinds of optimization models of distribution andseveral suggestions for improving the agricultural products circulation model. Reinforcingbuilding the cold chain facilities, unblocking information in agricultural products supplies anddemands, establishing the traceability system in quality safety, enhancing the marketingdistribution, playing an active role in agricultural estate agent and obtain in the support fromthe government as well. |
