With the change of social economic environment, enterprises have to reduce operatingcosts to survival and development, but the probability and space to cut down the operatingcosts from inside is smaller and smaller. Thus, the dispersed SMEs began to ally strategicallywith other enterprises and format the supply chain. Furthermore, a lot of companies gather tothe area of the supply chain, consequently, the cluster supply chain forms. On the other hand, besides the cooperation, there is a fierce competition in the cluster supply chain network.Obviously, the competition and cooperation relationship is extensive and complicated. However, no matter how the relationship evolves, the purchasing management, which as thelink of exchanging the raw material, the semi-manufactured goods and the finished goods, isabsolutely necessary, therefor, the implementation modes have become the hot topics in thecluster supply chain, thus, how to establish suitable purchasing strategies, obtain reasonablepurchasing forms are non-ignorable in cluster supply chain. Based on this, this paper focuseson the purchasing decisions, using the tools of linear programming, game theory, geneticalgorithm and so on, constructing different purchasing models and optimizing them. Thereare6chapters as follows:Chapter1, introduce the research background and significance, ideas and methods, themain innovation, as well as the research objective and the structure of this paper.Chapter2, an overview of cluster supply chain network and purchasing models.Including purchasing management, purchasing contracts and purchasing game theory. Further,on the basis of cluster supply chain and purchasing research, analyzing the purchasingproblem in cluster supply chain, such as the cross-chain purchasing and the purchasingoptimization.Chapter3, research the joint purchasing problem in the cluster supply chain based on theCredit Option. On basis of CSC networks, this chapter explores the decentralizedreplenishment model of MVMB (multiple-vendor-multiple-buyer) based on thereplenishment model of SVSB (single-vendor-single-buyer) in single chain, then extends to aMVMB joint replenishment model with credit option and the corresponding delayed payment by adjusting the production intervals and the order intervals. At last, the given profit-sharingscheme is employed through all the participants’ bargaining power, and the Pareto optimalitycan be achieved in the CSC network.Chapter4, analyzing the purchasing problem based on the Mass Customization, constructing the upstream and downstream firms’ basic profit models, Furthermore, according to the different purchasing situations between the firms, three kinds of MC supplychain game models have been built, then, the optimal decisions of each purchasing modelhave been analyzed and compared. Finally, by the numerical analysis, we find that thehighest profit, both for the firms and the whole supply chain, occurs in the Cooperative game.Chapter5, analyzing the across-chain purchasing mode of cluster supply chain based onOver-Stock-Contract. It is obviously that, the across-chain purchasing is common and thevariety is large. Base on this, this paper explores non-cross and across-chain purchasingmodels without contract respectively firstly, and then extend to an across-chain purchasingdecision model under Limited Over-Stock contract, meanwhile the corresponding algorithmis given. The last chapter6, draw conclusions and view for limitations and future research.
