The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Science And Technology Promotion Research Of MeiShan

The leap from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, the development of agriculture and rural economy, the mechanization of agriculture, information technology, market-oriented and technology-driven, accelerate agricultural science and technology promotion have become an inevitable choice. Therefore, the study of agricultural science and technology promotion is a very important significance for promoting the development of modern agriculture.In this paper, underlying theory of agricultural science and technology promotion and different agricultural science and technology promotion modes, combing of the construction of agricultural science and technology promotion, the use of SWOT analysis to analyze the presence of favorable conditions and unfavorable factors of agricultural science and technology promotion in MeiShan City, in-depth analysis of the status quo of supply and the characteristics, demand characteristics, the development trend of the results achieved, favorable conditions for development, and the presence of constraints of Agricultural Science and Technology promotion in MeiShan City. Studies have shown that the main supply of Agricultural Science and Technology promotion is government, the demand momentum of Agricultural Science and Technology is strong, public welfare functions of the Government to promote the main highlights, the decline in management functions, the fund for the promotion is still the main financial support, technology paid transformed trend appeared in MeiShan City. The study found that agricultural workers engaged in agricultural extension services in MeiShan agricultural science and technology development, time less than normal, primary scientific and technical personnel to update their knowledge lag and other issues. Mainly topic in agricultural extension mode is out of line with "research, learning and production", lack of overall planning of agricultural science and technology innovation and the spirit of collaboration, common scientific and technological quality of the rural labor force is not high, etc.This article combined with the status quo and existing problems of Agricultural Science and Technology promotion in MeiShan City, proposed to further accelerate the reform of institutions of MeiShan City, the agricultural sector, the implementation of category management, rationalize the local management system; speed up the construction of township agencies to promote conditions, the establishment of village-level service site; start" the project to update agricultural officers’ knowledge "; deepen the research and collaboration of agricultural science and education, production, learning and research, school and county cooperation; implementation of technology-driven strategy; increasing agricultural investment in technological innovation; construction of new agricultural extension system, innovating agricultural extension service model; stabilizing and growing promotion of agricultural science and technology innovation team; building a multi-service system; implementing of the farmers to enhance the quality of works; innovating and technological achievements into the application of institutional mechanisms to strengthen agricultural innovative overall planning and the spirit of collaboration to accelerate the development of agricultural science and technology in MeiShan City suggestions.
