Guangdong, As a large province of ocean and fishery, science and technology has been more developed, fishery resources have obvious advantages, have made some achievements in Fisheries Technology extension. But due to the marine science and technology management system is rigid, lack of flexibility and organization of funding, coupled with its fisheries technology extension system is not perfect, seriously restricted the development of marine fishery in Guangdong. Therefore, this paper in the construction of province strategy, "fisheries science and technology" as the main line,around the promotion of Guangdong Fishery Science and technology issues in-depth analysis, and find the crux of the problems, the reasons behind the mining, at the same time,referring to the experiences home and abroad, in order to further improve the Guangdong fishery science and technology put forward targeted countermeasures.
