Sea with its rich resources are attracting more and more countries from the strategic point its reorientation. Along with the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of the Marine economy, our country already have a realization of Marine economic science fast development condition and the foundation, the country also from strategic level proposed the construction "Marine economic power" of the strategic objectives.Zhoushan of Marine economy development foundation is good; its total economic output of about68%is the contribution of Marine economy. However, from the overall perspective, zhoushan Marine agricultural development level is relatively low, mainly displays in Marine industry development is not stable, Marine resources use efficiency is not high, competitive advantage, such as lack of Marine industry. In June2011,"zhoushan islands district" officially approved, become our country and a new national, but also the first to Marine economy as the theme of the national new district. The zhoushan Marine agriculture strategy transformation and realize the sustainable development of the Marine economy provides a new historical opportunity. Therefore, this paper tries to through the theoretical and empirical research, and find out the zhoushan islands district Marine agricultural development path and strategy of sustainable development, realize the zhoushan islands of Marine economy new scientific development.This paper research content includes:(1) Introduction.
