Zhejiang Zhoushan Islands New District Study On The Evaluation Of Social Development

Based on the review of research on domestic and international theories about socialdevelopment evaluation, on the basis of design for Zhejiang Zhoushan islands newdistrict comprehensive evaluation index system of social development, thecomprehensive evaluation of the Zhejiang Zhoushan islands new district (2009-2011),social development, the evaluation result is according to the social development ofZhejiang Zhoushan islands new district, the Zhejiang Zhoushan islands new districtsocial development to provide the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First of all, the article introduces the research background, research purpose andsignificance, summarized the domestic and foreign about social idea of development andthe research status of evaluation method, then has carried on the definition and evaluationon social development, and has carried on the systematic introduction to analytichierarchy process (AHP), combined with the social development theory connotation, theZhoushan islands new district local characteristics, and design the evaluation indexsystem of social development, and evaluation system of social development in theempirical analysis. Index system is divided into three layers, the first layer for the targetlayer, a second time as the criterion layer, which is divided into population development,quality of life, public services, social stability and ecological protection of the fiveaspects, the third layer as an index, contains24indexes.Based on Zhejiang Zhoushan islands new district social developmentcomprehensive evaluation, the first to use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) todetermine the criterion layer and index layer weights of every index, then the rule ofsocial development index and the layer is obtained by computing development index,through time series of vertical contrast and evaluate the social development of Zhoushanislands new district, the Zhejiang Zhoushan islands new district sustainable developmentput forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
