Change And Driving Factors In Dujiangyan City Land Use

Land is the most basic natural resource to provide mankind the living place. With rapid social and economic development, in recent two decades of years, the significance and non-duplicability of land resource have attracted intensive attention of mankind and has become the most hot research issues of global changes.This paper adopts the Dujiang Dam as research object. Affected by5.12Wenchuan Earthquake, land usage and coverage has been change fiercely. In addition, since the population in this region is huge, people’s life, production and economic development will have to rebuild and update after earthquake. Based on the regional research on land usage status and change after earthquake through analyzing into changes of land consumption for different purposes, spatial structure changes and regional changes, this paper gains the dynamic change trend of land usage in Dujiang Dam. Through the analysis of current land usage status in two terms of land usage plan in Dujiang Dam and Its long term land use plan by2020, this paper analyzes the driving force for land usage changes in Dujiang Dam based on the land usage change trend, aiming to provide proper scientific reference to the land resource usage and regional economy development decision-making in Dujiang Dam.Through the investigation into research region, this paper gains the following conclusions:(1) From2011to2009the number of each land use type change situation, the cultivated land to reduce495.83hm2, Garden year-on-year increase of about225.36hm2, Forest land to reduce650.44hm2, The grass covers an area of proportion is still as "trace", slightly increased4.43hm2, Town village and mining land increase of793.16hm2, Transportation land year-on-year increase of about85.26hm2, Water and water conservancy facilities up to reduce the42.7hm2, Compared to other land increased80.86hm2.(2) Changes of the land use of the villages and towns were as follows:the cultivated land change, the top three of decrease were Qingcheng town, Zhongxin town, Juyuan town, a total of375.91hm2, increase the former three respectively were: Xiange town, Zipingpu town, Shiyang town, a total of150.06hm2, Reducing the garden three respectively were:Daguan town, Guankou town, HongKou town, a total of27.19hm2, increase the top three, respectively to Xiange town, Longchi town, Xingfu town, a total of213.0hm2. Reducing the woodland three respectively were: Xiange town,Daguan town, Longchi town, a total of387.75hm2, Increase the top three were:Guankou town, Shiyang town, TianMa town, a total of45.71hm2, The grass reduce concentrated in two villages and towns:Zipingpu town and HongKou town, a total of1.71hm2, increase the top three sources, it is respectively:Longchi town, Qingcheng town, Chongyi town, a total of6.04hm2. building land and mining land, reduce the former three respectively is:Xiange town, Shiyang town, Guankou town, a total of179.49hm2, increase the former three:Qingcheng town, Zhongxin town, Daguan town, the grand total increase of483.44hm2, Transportation, only Yutang town reduce2.67hm2, other villages and towns were increased, the top three were:Chongyi town, Xingfu town, Shiyang town, a total of57.35hm2, Water and water conservancy facilities, in addition to the Longchi town, Xiange town and Tianma town,which were increased1.44hm2outside, the rest of the villages and towns were reduced, a total of21.22hm2, Other land, reduce the top three were:Cuiyuehu town, Yutang town, Qingcheng town, a total of13.97hm2, Increase the top three were:Longchi town, Xiange town and Daguan town, a total of72.08hm2.(3) From2009to2010, because of "5.12wenchuan earthquake" to break the original dujiangyan city economy and land use pattern. After the reconstruction of the influence of the severe situation, and conform to the demands of the new era, to speed up the economic development and the dujiangyan city urbanization advancement, the dujiangyan in urban land use in the short-term performance change is particularly active. The urbanization development covers the economic infrastructure construction and factors such as population, and land use pressure increase, in full consideration and respect natural geographical conditions under the premise of arable land, although the same, but the actual regional cultivated land within the area of land for construction land decrease, adjustment, which makes the town land area increased. Land use change in addition to the reasonable arrangement of the space structure change outside, inevitable need to occupy cultivated land to achieve.
