TGA company as a semiconductor component packaging and testing plant, how to proceed from their own products and management angle, optimization of the process, to be able to in the fierce competition in the market continue to progress and development has the vital significance. This paper Takts TGA Company Suzhou branch IC chip packaging production line as the research object; by using the value stream analysis method to study TGA Suzhou branch COG production line efficiency can be effectively improved.This paper has four parts, the first part is mainly based on the collected information from all aspects, including colleagues understand from the company within the latest semiconductor industry on the collection of information, the market situation and development situation of current global challenges and competition; the great global semiconductor packaging and testing companies face in the market and technical aspects; at the same time, introduced the basic situation of TGA company in Suzhou, the basic process of TGA company COG package, the current COG production line basic products and production mode.The second part introduces the lean production and focus on the important production management methods and tools. First introduces the origin and development of lean thinking; then introduces the similarities and differences between the traditional mass production mode and lean production mode; again introduced8big waste method can be used in lean production, how to use the8big waste of ideological recognition in the production process of waste, as well as how to waste improvement; then introduces a kind of tools of lean production in the Six Sigma, and discussed the concept and application of Six Sigma method; finally introduced one kind of important tool--the value stream analysis and value stream mapping in lean production, detailed description of the theory and the specific use of the value flow and value flow diagram.The third part according to the theoretical method is introduced in the second part of the value stream analysis and value stream map, the actual production situation of COG production line of TGA company, including the production efficiency and the production process flow chart depicting the value, current, identify the existing problems in the production line of the COG, especially the current situation of the production process and the production efficiency.The fourth part studies how the lean production methods in the value stream analysis, Suzhou branch of TGA COG production line for a complete analysis and evaluation, and discuss the action plan, the implementation of the production line process improvement, in order to improve the efficiency of production line. Objective is to solve the problems facing enterprises, namely the need in case of no increasing investment, to reduce the cost to meet customer demand, improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry stronger, support enterprises to long-term growth development and expand market share.The fifth part mainly based on this study, summarizes the problems found and the improvement results, at the same time also saw some practical problems in reality, but in this study have not been resolved. These will continue to affect the enterprise’s operation, also need to solve, hoping to get further improvement in the future work and study, in order to improve the production efficiency of enterprises, improve enterprise’s profit ability and competition ability!...
