SGJX Company is a foreign-funded enterprise which product and sale 0.2 million construction machinery every year,mainly engaged in the construction machinery manufacturing,sales.Business process includes purchasing,cutting,welding,machining,painting,assembly,testing,inspection,sales etc.and it covering from order to delivery.Because there is the huge gap between SGJX and other internal and external enterprise in quality,cost,sales,and on-site management,etc.and because construction machinery have fallen in recent years,so there are too many difficulties in production and business and it is agreed merger.SGJX Company is a very typical manufacturing enterprise.We will achieve better lesson by studying SGJX deployment Lean.This thesis makes SGJX Company as the object of study,and analyzes how to deployment Lean productions on the company and due results are obtained.At first,Introducing Lean production theory,Lean production is third milepost on the human history of industrialization,and is a landmark for the production management.Its core idea is to eliminate waste,and establish a high efficiency,low cost,high security production systems.It represents the current develop direction of the manufacturing,and will guide Chinese enterprise to raise competitiveness under the market depression.Introduce the Lean theory knowledge will provide theory foundation on SGJX company deployment.Secondly,studying dentally status of the SGJX Company,and analyze problem in the status of the company,organizational structure,human resource s,marketing,supply chain,site management,quality management and equipment management.Using way of quantitative analysis?qualitative analysis&graphic statistics,analyzing root cause,finding improve action and making action plan.One more,From then discusses how the company's strategy,organizational structure,performance evaluation system,6sigma,value stream,pull production,site management,quality management and equipment management,and to improve the implementation and promotion of lean production implementation steps and measures.Finally,introduce achieving economic benefits and improvement in site management,quality management,equipment management,and delivery performance etc.by implementing lean production,as well as the experience and lessons in the process.
