In twenty-first Century the main competition is talent competition, the human resources management has been paid more and more attention, as the performance management and incentive mechanism in the core of human resource management is attracting more and more decision makers eye, the core of human resource management begins to shift to the performance management and incentive mechanism. For the highway industry in China started soon, are also trying to explore with the characteristics of our country’s human resource management model, and now China is still in the exploration stage of the coexistence of a variety of management mode. Study on the current management system, combined with D company managers to clear the present situation, this article will explore the performance management and incentive mechanism of managers from the following aspects.The first chapter. A brief introduction of the research background, research purpose, research significance, research content, research ideas, the possible innovation and deficiency.Review of chapter second. First to domestic and foreign about performance management and incentive mechanism of the literature review and summary, and then starting from the concept, definition of performance management and incentive mechanisms, and the establishment of performance management and incentive mechanism of some specific goal, principle, method.Performance appraisal system the third chapter D company management and the existing problems. D first company to introduce the general situation, explains the current situation of D company performance management and incentive mechanisms, and points out some problems of D company performance management and incentive mechanism and the analysis, come to the conclusion:because of various problems lead to system control of the D company current management performance and incentive system, many are not to meet the requirements of modern enterprise system, the need for its reform.The fourth chapter D reconstruction of company management performance management and incentive management system. First elaborated the reconstruction requirements and general idea, objectives and principles, then it discusses D company performance management target system, method system, responsibility system contents and establishment, distribution design and weight design, working target which methods system includes the key performance index of the three elements.The fifth chapter safeguard measures in operation of D company performance management system and incentive mechanism. The main work of the end system was summarized and the application of the management system design to note the actual.Hope that through this study, can provide the experience and practice of human resource management of reference for other similar enterprises, further enhancing our country enterprise on management modernization management level.
