In this paper,the writer intends to study on how the China Tourism News present the image of Xi’An tourism.By contents analysis,the writer chooses communication about the image of2012Xi’An tourism as the research object.The study finds that as an influential industrial newspaper,China Tourism news try to pay attention to all,but there is still some part focused on,.When presents Xi’An tourism image,the communication about Xi’An tourism change every month influenced by changing seasons,festivals and competitions.Not only tourism laws and places of interest are introduced,but also information about accommodation,transportation,catering,entertainment and shopping are introduced. But the newspapers focuses on history and cultural resources,which gives the readers an historical impression about Xi’An,not modern. In addition,the communication resources meet the need of society consumption,the newspapers and medium pay more attention to consumption hot example,wisdom tourism and participation tourism.In this paper, the writer will discuss these problems,there are three reasons.Fierstly, Xi’An supers at historical resourcesr.Firstly, supers at,compared with Beijing,Shanghai,Hangzhou and Guangzhou.Secondly,information selection and the influence of agenda setting.Last,the business trendency presses the development of itself. At the end of this article,i give some suggestion to present Xi’An tourism image.
