Based On Urban Growth Machine Theory Of The Studying Of Construction Mode Of Indemnificatory Apartment Of Guangzhou

Urban growth machine theory is proposed by Western scholars, in the highlycompetitive environment of globalization. Which is an urban growth union by citygovernment combined with the power of capital and promoted rapid economic growth.It is the expense of sacrificing the interests of vulnerable groups and the pursuit of urbaneconomic development. It is widely exist in economic transition period of our society,and outstanding performance in the real estate. Commercial Housing mode to promoteour city in short-term rapid economic growth, and the face of the city has undergonetremendous changes, but it also brought extensive and severe economic, social negativeeffects. For example, high prices and the lack of protection of indemnificatoryapartment, housing problems become the focus of attention. Indemnificatory apartmentconstruction mode make up for the defects of the urban growth machine, attachingimportance to vulnerable groups, improving the market economy, and stimulatingsustainable economic development. Through policy support, the government and socialparticipation, to protect the livelihood of the people, the original mode of economicdevelopment has shifted. Then a new urban growth machine formed.The urban growth machine theory was reviewed of domestic and foreign in thispaper. Then we study the transformation of urban growth machine in China, and focuson the indemnificatory apartment construction in Guangzhou. From three levels ofgovernment, business and the public to study the indemnificatory apartmentconstruction in Guangzhou in the transformation of urban growth machine on the basisof indemnificatory apartment construction mode in developed countries and regions,and studying on indemnificatory apartment construction mode in China in recent years.Through in-depth interviews, field research studied the typical pattern ofindemnificatory apartment construction in Guangzhou on basic of urban growthmachine theory. A case is studied on the independent construction mode, theconstruction of government-enterprise cooperation mode and the mode ofgovernment-led construction. Later, which is based on theoretical analysis and empirical research, the problems of the indemnificatory apartment construction isdiscussed and put forward a number of recommendations in Guangzhou.
