The Innovative Research On The Management Mechanism Of Indemnificatory Housing In Guangzhou

Only if people live in peace, they can work with contentment. In recent years, in order to solve the housing issues of medium and low income families in cities and towns as well as control the housing prices, governments at all levels continue to strengthen the indemnificatory housing construction, which plays an important role in providing accommodation to urban residents and promoting social harmony and stability. As the urban indemnificatory housing in China has been successively constructed and put into use in the large scale, the indemnificatory housing management is even tougher. Since the nationwide indemnificatory housing management mechanism is not established yet, there are still some problems with managing the indemnificatory housing as follows:the imperfect auditing mechanism, the poor dynamic supervision, the loose exit mechanism constraints and incomplete laws and regulations. The management of indemnificatory housing is the key to solve the housing issue for low-income families. The management level is directly related to the issue whether the housing security resources can be made good use of with fairness as well as the government credibility. Therefore currently how to enhance the indemnificatory housing management mechanism is extremely important.On the basis of the literature review, the paper is to start from the general theory of social indemnificatory housing system, analyze the indemnificatory housing in depth and expound on the indemnificatory housing management; secondly, it studies the current status of Guangzhou indemnificatory housing system and the management experience and goes deep into the main problems and causes of indemnificatory housing management in Guangzhou; furthermore, it analyzes and compares of indemnificatory housing management system and legislation home and abroad, from which referential experience can be summed up; finally confronted with the problems with indemnificatory housing in Guangzhou, it tries to propose the suggestions to improve the management mechanism of indemnificatory housing in Guangzhou in order to make the housing security system in Guangzhou more reasonable.
