The Study Of Countermeasures On Harmonious Land Demolition In Shuangfeng Economic Development Zone

Urbanization is an inevitable trend in the world today. With the rapiddevelopment of the national economy, many county economic developing zones havesprung up, which also brought a series of economic and social problems. Under thewhole background of working together to build a harmonious society, these kinds ofproblems, which caused by the land acquisition and resettlement, have becomeimportant adverse factors that hinder the building of a harmonious society, and alsoattracted widespread concern in the community. As the forefront of the countyeconomy, the economic development zone should carry out the harmonious levydemolition to achieve sound and rapid development of the county economy, which arealso the essential requirements of harmonious social development.The purpose of this thesis is to study the harmonious levy demolishedcountermeasures in Shuangfeng Economic Development Zone so as to adapt to therequirements of the county’s economic development and harmonious societyconstruction. Grasp the focal point of the land acquisition and resettlement to promotesound and rapid development of the county economy. This thesis made a furtherinvestigation and analysis of the study area Shuangfeng with theory and practice, byway of literature study, survey analysis, practical reasoning and empirical researchcombined with a large amount of data reading. This thesis is focused on HunanShuangfeng Economic Development Zone, and based on the current situation andphysical truth of the land acquisition and resettlement there, to make in-depth analysisof the main problems as well as the causes in land acquisition and resettlement. Thethesis is to study and propose the guiding ideology and basic ideas to achieveharmonious levy demolition, and also propose to create a positive public participationmechanisms, to strengthen construction of the levy demolition, and to implementfairness and justice land acquisition and resettlement, as well as to improve thesecurity system of the landless peasants to maximize maintaining social harmony toachieve a win-win situation between levy demolition and harmonious society.
