Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Land Procurement And Relocation In Guangming New District

With the rapid development of our social economic, city construction demands for increasing land, and house price and land price rising, land and housing problem has already become the center issue. Interest conflict lead by land procurement and relocationin become an important topic. System and concrete research of land expropriation can not only provide scientific theory guidance for authority through clearing the importance and difficulty of the demolition work, but also provide realistic and feasible countermeasures by summarizing achievement and existing problems in the process of land expropriation and compensation. Therefore, research on the land expropriation compensation and resettlement for dismantlement has important theoretic value and practical significance.This paper uses empirical research method, through analyzing the current situation of land expropriation in Shenzhen Guangming New District, puts light on the basic theory and connotation of land procurement and relocation, concludes the achievements and existing problems in Guangming, and then provides some suggestions. This text is divided into five chapters:the first chapter analyzing the background and the significance of the research subject, clearing the ideas and methods of the study, and expounds the main content and the innovation points of this paper; the second chapter deeply explaining the conception and related theory of land procurement and relocation, and then analyzing the importance of strengthening land expropriation demolition work; the third one, setting an example of Guangming New District to do a questionnaire investigation and making data analysis, and summarizing its current situation; the fourth chapter introducing the main approach work of Guangming New District, and then summing up the problems and their reasons of land expropriation; the fifth chapter putting forward the countermeasures such as paying high attention, establishing a land expropriation system, perfecting the management system, exploring the work mechanism and so on.
