With the social and economic progress and the development of science andtechnology, the rate of replacement of electrical products has gradually accelerated.At present, China has entered the peak period of the upgrading of electrical products.Because of the huge benefits of worn-out electrical appliances recycling in terms ofenvironmental protection, resource conservation, cost saving, its coordination systemof reverse supply chain is also becoming the object of attention of the government,business and academia. However, because worn-out electrical appliances havecharacteristics such as recycling uncertain, supply and demand imbalances and so on,and goal conflict and information asymmetry occur among recycling system members,reverse supply chain of worn-out electrical appliances has different coordinationstrategy in alterative conditions.This paper constructs the reverse supply chain system model of worn-outelectrical appliances which is participated by third-party recyclers on the basis ofusing reverse supply chain coordination system research at home and abro ad forreference, and researches the compound contract coordination problems betweenre-manufacturers and third-party recyclers in the worn-out electrical repurchasesegment and between recyclers and residents in the worn-out electrical recyclingsegment by using theory and methods of game theory, the principal-agent theory, thetheory of rational expectations equilibrium, contract theory, and so on. This paper’smain contents are as follow.1. In the worn-out electrical repurchase segment, with the standard of centralizeddecision-making model system benefits,revenue coordination model and screeningmodel which are led by re-manufacturers are constructed respectively under thethird-party recyclers recycling effort information symmetric and asymmetricconditions, and system revenue are maximized by using RS-FP compound contract onthis base.2. In the worn-out electrical recycling segment, based on the analysis of supplybehavioral factors that affect the amount of worn-out electrical recycling,residentsreturn worn-out electrical utility model and recyclers profit model are constructed,and compound contract coordination problem which the recyclers provides indifferent service levels-economic level combinations are researched. 3. Through a brand appliances recycling business case studies, to build its hybridcontract coordination model, simulation and analysis of the conclusions of this article,and put forward policy recommendations to promote China’s worn-out electricalrecycling reuse reverse supply chain coordination.Through these research and analysis on the coordination mechanism for worn-outelectrical appliances reverse supply chain with compound contract, this thesis aims toprovide a certain theoretical and empirical guidence for the government, enterprisesand individuals that involved in the recycling of worn-out electrical appliances,further more, promote fast and healthy development for our country’s worn-outelectrical appliances recycle market.
