The Study Of The Urban Integration Between Zhuhai And Macao Under The Background Of City Cooperation

With the deepening of China’s regional economic integration, urban cooperationand city strategy has become many neighboring cities to reduce transaction costs andimprove core competitiveness, and the inevitable choice of mutual benefit andwin-win, and explore suitable for China’s national conditions and the actual city ofregional development cooperationThe model has been a priority. The cities of Zhuhaiand Macao cooperation not only has a the geopolitical foundation, and has a widerange of common economic interests and cultural common. Zhuhai-Macao jointdevelopment is the inevitable choice to achieve the complementary advantages of thetwo succeeding together. From the the spatial pattern point of view, next to thestanding-Zhuhai-Macao, the same root interlinked land, mountains and rivers, daytens of thousands of frequent round-trip, and the joint development of the factorsalready exist. Based on urban city under the background of the zhuhai-macau researchissues of cooperation, we explore the underlying mechanism of dynamicmechanism-Zhuhai-Macao city generated internal and external, summarize theZhuhai-Macao both past experience in economic cooperation and the problems, study"Guangdong-Macao cooperation Framework Agreement" and "Hengqin overalldevelopment plan" bring new oppotunities to Zhuhai-Macao, and building gameanalysis framework for discussions to explore in-Zhuhai-Macao economicdevelopment will be to take a new mode of cooperation, cooperation approaches andcooperation to further promote the city-Zhuhai-Macao.Firstly the research background and significance leads to the subject of this paper, acomprehensive combing existing research, the urban cooperative mechanism modeland its influencing factors, especially Zhuhai-Macao city about the literature review.This article integrated the theory of the evolution of the human geography, the PublicManagement of transboundary governance theory, regional economics regionaleconomic integration theory, to build cities in cooperation with the city of thetheoretical framework and mechanism of action. Then respectively from thezhuhai-macau the evolution course of city cooperation, the zhuhai-macau cityprogress, and prospects of cooperation four aspects elaborated the status quo of thezhuhai-macau regional cooperation in the new period. Then build the zhuhai-macaucity economic cooperation and game analysis framework, the city will be the main game process of institutional change defined as game around city "rents" or thecommon interests of rent-seeking-gen rent-points of the process, and analyzed thefinite repeated games and infinitely repeated game subgame perfect Nash equilibriumunder the situation, result shows that: to achieve win-win cooperation andcoordination city, we need to build a government has the absolute authority of thesuper beads of the third party organization. Then, on the basis of above theoreticalanalysis and empirical analysis put forward targeted policy recommendations. Finallysummarizes the full text of the conclusions and discusses further solve the problem.
