With the rapid development of economic globalization and the electronic information technology,“change” is the main theme of the new economic situation.As an developing organization,keeping self updating and self learning is very important for an enterprise in the complex and changing environment in China.Therefore,as human resource professionals,the core value is to develop sustainable human resources,and optimize the company's talents structure.Based on the theory of "learning organization",this thesis will systematically describe the construction process of company A's training.This thesis will discuss the significance of selected subject,research methods and research main contents,based on the current situation of domestic and foreign training system in learning organizations.Focusing on the main direction of the company's strategic development,and combining the company's current situations,this thesis will mainly discuss the progress of constructing training system in Company A through the study of the "learning organization" theory.During the process,we will present the research that we conducted of data collection and analysis through questionnaires and interviews.Finally,this thesis will present a training system and relative tools for Company A's sustainable development.With a view to the effective transmission of knowledge and the continuous optimization of the training system,we hope this research will add reference value to other companies in the establishment of their training systems.
