With the transformation of information technology,the environment for the survival and development of enterprises has undergone dramatic changes.How to improve the dynamic capabilities of organizations to cope with the future of ambiguity and uncertainty has become the current issue.The dynamic market environment drives enterprises to pay more attention to the training of human capital and achieve the improvement of the core competence of the organization.In-house training can effectively alleviate the innovation needs of enterprises and the needs of employees for self-growth.As an extension of Internet information technology application,E-Learning has gradually become the favor of human resources management departments through rich learning content and flexible interaction forms.How to further optimize the enterprise E-Learning training system to improve the quality of employees,train talents and build competitive advantage is an urgent problem for human resources management departments.This article takes A Insurance Company Shenzhen Branch as the research object.As a well-known large-scale listed insurance company in China,Company A has more than 3,000 branches throughout the country to provide customers with various types of life insurance products and services.In order to better improve the training effect of employees and save the cost of corporate training,Company A introduced enterprise E-Learning training in traditional training methods such as centralized face-to-face teaching and video self-study,and invested a lot of money in the construction of E-Learning system,but In the actual practice process,it did not achieve the expected results.There are still problems such as the solidification of the E-Learning training system,the imbalance of training evaluation,the outdated learning resources,the low enthusiasm of employees,and lack of practical guidance.In order to further improve the rational use of the online training system and resources,Company A needs to conduct a detailed investigation and research on its E-Learning training system,and develop a plan for system optimization and improvement.Guided by the theory of employee training,this study conducted a comprehensive survey of A company's E-Learning training system through questionnaires,theoretical research,individual interviews,etc.,combined with the author's years of experience,fully analyzed the training system.The flaws that exist and give a solution.The innovation of this paper lies in the optimization and upgrading of Company A's E-Learning system by means of cutting-edge Internet technology,micro-course theory,combined with advanced technologies such as performance technology and hierarchical evaluation,and providingReliable manpower for comprehensively enhancing the competitive advantage of Company A.Capital security will ultimately achieve a win-win situation for both the organization and the employees.At the same time,the case of A company's online learning training system has certain guiding significance for employee training of similar enterprises.
