With the rapid development of modern society,factors such as the external environment and the internal environment have changed drastically,and enterprises are facing fierce competition and challenges in terms of survival and development.The essence of these competitions and challenges lies in the competition of talents.The most basic key point in human resource management is talent.Therefore,the strategic planning of human resources based on talents has become the focus of major enterprises.After all,it is a valuable human resource wealth.The rapid development and progress of information technology has made people in the Internet age deeply feel the drastic changes brought about by environmental changes,ranging from personal lifestyles to social habits.It is not difficult to find that companies and employees are increasingly difficult to obtain under traditional training theories and models.Break through the traditional training theory and training mode,build a training system in line with social and enterprise development,and achieve the integration of the enterprise human resources strategic goals and the employees' own career development direction.Building a good training system in the enterprise is a task that modern enterprises face urgently.This article is based on the existing employee training system of XY Company.The staff training system research focuses on the problems existing in the training system and training mode of XY company,such as the training system is too backward,the training method is simple,and the staff resources are not properly configured.The staff training system based on the learning map is proposed.The paper is based on the microwave oven division.The paper proposes a training design plan with strategic combing and organizational ability,career development path design,core competence construction at different ranks,professional competence demand survey at different ranks,and learning map based on professional competence and core competence.Thereafter,the program implementation is tracked regularly,relevant information and information are updated,and learning map safeguards are applied in a timely manner.The main purpose of this research is to re-activate the traditional lengthy training mechanism by learning map design and application,once again motivating employees' subjective initiative,and breaking the old training thinking and mode of enterprise-oriented and employee-assisted.
