Study On The Knowledge Diffusion In Engineering Machinery Industrial Cluster

Knowledge diffusion is the continued motivation of organization development.In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises and organizations gathered for thepurpose of better Knowledge diffusion and international innovation, which aredynamic aggregation effect. In order to obtain a competitive advantage, theorganization in industry clusters need to focus on internal or external contactsbetween clusters and themselves, as well as the effectiveness of knowledge diffusion.With the escalating upgrade industries brought by global economic integration, thedivision of labor within the cluster is made to further refine, and the knowledge areincreasingly specialized. In order to maintain or strengthen their competitiveadvantage, the organizations are bound to take into account the optimization ofindustrial structure, making the diffusion of knowledge can effectively embedded intoorganizational strategy.In this paper, we make a theoretical analysis on the key problems of knowledgediffusion among the organizations in engineering machinery industry clusters fromthree points of view such as motivation, methods, processes, and select the role ofresearch institutions for a special angle of modeling analysis. Secondly, from themicroeconomic point of view, make a game analysis on the knowledge diffusionprocess in engineering machinery industry clusters, and from the economic analysison upstream and downstream industries as well as their supporting organizations andenterprises, the medium knowledge enterprises have higher level of knowledgediffusion preference than knowledge diffusion disgusting. Then, based onPrincipal-agent model, in the model of the engineering machinery industry cluster, toimprove the amount of information when research institutions make a strategicplanning and execute it can reduce uncertainty factors; make the strategy of researchinstitutions to achieve Pareto optimality. According to the results of theanalysis, the paper believe that in order to promote the engineering machineryindustry cluster to be long-term health more effectively, the government shouldactively create a policy environment which is conducive to technology diffusion; industry associations should coordinate the behavior of enterprises to reduce ethicalrisk; enterprises should attach importance to strengthen the technical management;and research institutions and enterprises should strengthen mutual trust and make theinformation symmetry to take better strategy.
