| The broad and profound Chinese diet culture has a long history and enjoyed a high reputation in the world. When Chinese people talk about diet, they refer to not just three meals a day, but the Chinese philosophy of understanding things. So diet and culture are inextricably linked and diet culture has a long history of5,000years with Chinese civilization. Tourism is a fundamental human right to life and needs, and also a high level of human enjoyment. Diet activity as an essential part of tourism activity is in the first place of the six elements of tourism activity "food, shelter, transportation, travel, shopping and entertainment". Diet culture is not only an important part in tourist products, but a tourism product in itself. With the rapid development of tourism, a single tourist has unable to meet the psychological needs of people seeking the different and new. While sightseeing, more and more tourists want to promote the cultural taste and enhance the travel experience and participation. Diet culture is an important tourism resource, which can meet the tourists’ various needs, promote the economic development of tourism destinations and has an important role in the tourism industry. China known as the "Kingdom of cooking", so "tasting authentic Chinese cuisine" has become the direct motivation for many foreign visitors to China. And through tasting Chinese food to directly experience and feel China’s profound food culture has been sought after by more and more people at home and abroad.In the integration of rapid tourism development and diet cultural, how to integrate the diet culture resources in Qingdao and develop it into a competitive tourism project to promote the diet is of great significance for the sustainable development of cultural tourism resources.This thesis consists of five parts:the first chapter is the introduction part mainly describing the background, significance, research contents and methods; the second chapter is mainly about the research overview on diet cultural tourism resources, related concepts to diet culture, the functions of diet cultural tourism resources and the features of diet resources; chapter3is the status analysis of diet cultural tourism resources in Qingdao, including the constitute elements of diet culture in Qingdao (food resources, wine cultural resources and tea cultural resources), and the characteristics of the diet cultural tourism resources in Qingdao; the fourth chapter is the analysis of the present situation of developing dietary cultural tourism resources in Qingdao and a summary of present situation and the problems in the diet cultural tourism resources development in Qingdao; the fifth chapter focuses on principles of diet cultural tourism resources development in Qingdao and the policies and strategies in an overall planning, enhancing quality, product innovation, branding and talent training perspective. |
