Study On The Effects Of Convergence Among Primary,Secondary And Tertiary Industries In Rural Areas Of Xinjiang On Farmers' Income Increase

In order to develop rural economy and increase farmers' income,China has implemented the household contract responsibility system,the industrialization of agriculture and the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.Practice has proved that both household contract responsibility system and agricultural industrialization can promote farmers' income,and the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries is put forward on the basis of agricultural industrialization,whether it can also promote farmers' income and how to promote farmers' income is the focus of this paper.This paper finds out the problems existing in the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of xinjiang,and puts forward policy Suggestions to promote the increase of farmers' income.This article first to the domestic and foreign scholars about integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas and increasing farmers' income were reviewed,then the concept of the agricultural industrialization and rural industry merge,define,and based on the analysis of rural development of tertiary industry fusion influence mechanism of increasing farmers' income,it is concluded that rural tertiary industry integration development mainly through vertical integration to extend the industrial chain transfer of surplus labor in rural areas,increase the added value of agricultural products,agricultural versatility to promote horizontal fusion benefit distribution mechanism safeguard farmer secondary income affect farmers' income.This paper analyzes the income status of farmers in xinjiang and the status quo of integrated development of rural tertiary industry,and gives the achievements and existing problems of integrated development of rural tertiary industry in xinjiang.Then,combining with the actual situation of xinjiang,the index evaluation system of the level of rural integrated development of tertiary industry was constructed,and the level of integrated development of tertiary industry in xinjiang from 2007 to 2017 was measured,and it was found that the level of integrated development of tertiary industry in xinjiang was constantly improving.For further research of xinjiang rural tertiary industry fusion influence on farmers' income,this paper,by using 2007-2017 panel data of 14 province of xinjiang individual time random effects model is set up on the overall analysis of the xinjiang rural tertiary industry integration development influence on farmers' income,according to the results of xinjiang rural tertiary industry integration development caneffectively promote the farmers' income,time effect shows that with the deepening of the industrial convergence,xinjiang rural tertiary industry development level enhances unceasingly,the promoting effect of increasing farmers' income are increasingly apparent,individual fusion effect indicates that different areas of rural tertiary industry development for the promotion of farmers' income function is different,This is mainly due to the different implementation process of the integration of rural three-industry development,the integrity of the differences;Fusion at the same time due to the regional differences can lead to rural tertiary industry impact on farmers' income is different,so the region is divided into southern and northern xinjiang and eastern xinjiang three regions,respectively,the results show that southern xinjiang,northern xinjiang and the regional differences of east makes rural tertiary industry integration development contribution for promoting the farmers' income differences,most significant role in promoting east,with minimal in nanjiang role,this is mainly influenced by capital,science and technology,transportation and infrastructure limitations,hinder the rural development of tertiary industry fusion,so can't good to promote the farmers' income;Around city rural tertiary industry fusion whether there is space for the study of correlation between geographical spatial weight matrix and the distance weighting matrix is studied,the results showed that the xinjiang rural tertiary industry integration development can promote the farmers' income,around the state firms of fusion exist around the development of the tertiary industry integration between city spatial correlation and spatial correlation can also promote the farmers' income.Finally,based on the existing problems in the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of xinjiang,this paper puts forward some policy Suggestions on promoting the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in xinjiang from the perspective of promoting farmers' income.
