Research On Construction Of The Power Grid Emergency Management System Of The Eastern Part Of Inner Mongolia

With the developing of the economy, and the rising of people’s living standards,the society is more and more dependent on electric power. Electric reliability becomesmore and more important. Electricity is a kind of energy of which the driving force iselectrical energy. Electricity consumption is a process with generating, transmission,transformation, distribution and utilization completing instantaneously at the sametime, among which the power grid plays a role of bridge.The security of grid not only influence the everyday life of millions of households,but also the economic stability and social harmony and stability. Electricitytransmission grid security protection is an important job. The grid has a multi-pointdistribution of a wide range of equipment that require high levels of technical features,the grid can vary their environment, natural disasters, vandalism and equipmentfailure and more prominent, any small problems may lead to grid accident, causinggreater social problems.According to mine own personal experiences and feelings work, establish andimprove the power grid emergency management system in order to effectivelyrespond to emergencies on the grid and social harm caused by the loss carryemergency management system, establish the organizational system improve theinstitutional system, a sound security system is an effective means to improve thelevel of emergency management, emergency management is currently carried outurgent work.In this study, collect and analyze relevant literature data on grid constructionand improvement of emergency management system on the basis of respect tosystems theory, emergency management theory and organizational risk managementtheory as the theoretical basis for their own work units-the eastern part of InnerMongolia Power Grid emergency management system to study it, analyze it in a gridemergency management system, system mechanisms, develop plans, problems andreasons for the existence of the rescue team building, equipping, technology platformto support and material security, and from the material supply, team building, platform proposed to integrate all aspects of support and strength aspects of the proposedmeasures, trying to improve the emergency management system in eastern InnerMongolia power Grid put forward practical suggestions, and provide reference forother regional power companies to build and improve emergency managementsystem.
