With the accelerated development of science and technology, the external environment of enterprises has become more complicated, especially in the second half of2008during which the global financial crisis. At the same time,the competition between the enterprises become much fiercer. how to deal with the environment and improving employee engagement are both importent and emergency. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad carried out a series of extensive detaild research and ralidation of employee engagement, forming rich research models and results,the development of employee engagement is trending to diversification.employ engagement is a kind of psychological state, including energy, focus, devotion and the resulte of work cognitive behavior and efficient work. Social support as a supportive behavior,has a certain influence onthe person’s psychology, cognition and emotion and behavior.it is rare to find some about the black box of social support on employ engagement, especially in the perspective of human resource management practices.This article willfocus on enterprises, especially the human resource management practice to find the mechanism between employee engagement and social support,and attempt to answer the three basic questions:First, social support existing in the work how to affect employee engagement? Second, whether the social support has the same impact on the employee engagement, if produces different effect, what is the difference? Third, social support affect employee engagement if there are inner mechanism? Around the above three basic problems. This paper try to develop the research on employee engagement, With the literature review, questionnaire survey and empirical research together.This study reviewed the interactions among the three Variables, then built the initial model the corresponding hypothesis by use of Corporate Practice-Cognitive Psychology-employee behavior relationship paradigm. Relationships among social support, subject wellbeing and employee engagement can be found through interviews and questionnaires.This paper carried out the work from the following aspects:1.Literature Review. We clarify the needed theoretical literature systematically to support the follow-up study, including review of social support, subject wellbeing, employee engagement and the relationship among these three variables. In each part of the review, firstly, sorting out and defining basic concepts clearly; secondly, conducting literature about social support, subject wellbeing, employee engagement and the relationship among these three variables; Finally, according to the purpose of this study and research needs, we pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of existing research.2.Research Design and Empirical Analysis.Firstly, we establish the relationship among social support, subject wellbeing, employee engagementr within the Organization, and then form the corresponding conceptual and model hypotheses by use of business practices-psychological cognition-employee behavior paradigm; secondly, we design the questionnaire scales through learning from the literature and the amendment process so as to form a well-structured measurements; again, carry out the questionnaire survey mainly in banking unit such as;Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank from henan,guangxi,sicuan.finally, address the validation of assumptions and draw conclusions by techniques of Single Factor Analysis and Hierarchical Regression Analysis.③Conclusions and Prospects. This section includes the main conclusions, innovation, lack and the development of research.
