Nowadays, with environment fast vicissitude, customer demand diversifies day by day; at the same time, market competition has increased.Only those enterprises with fast responsive capabilities and creativities can be in an impregnable position. As the business environment varies so rapidly, " Change " has become a regular situation faced by enterprises. " Creativity " becomes a competitive edge of a business, therefore, how to enforce employees' creativity is the key successful factor of an organization.This artice, focusing on the research of creativity of employees in enterprises, together with previous research based on management and psychology theories, specifically discusses the influence of supervisory support and coworker support on the employees' creativity and its mechanism. Starting out with reviewing and illustrating the individual and organizational factors in affecting employees' creativity based on a number of referencing material study, the article attempts to model the process of the influence of social support on the employees' creativity with featuring organizational and individual factors by relevant case study.The research exploits questionnaire to reach the target objects and adapts factor analysis, cronbach's a, Pearson correlation, GLM, multiple regression to analyze the collecting data. Later on, the original idea and supposition is mostly approved by a questionnaire survey of 29 enterprises and 233 employees. Finally, the article comes into the conclusion:(1) Supervisory support and coworker support promot staff creativity enormously.(2) The creativity of employees is affected by factors on the layers of supervisory support, coworker support, intrinsic motivation and positive mood, among which, intrinsic motivation has the most influential effect.(3) The influence of supervisory support and coworker support on the creativity of employees is indirect, with the intermediation of employee intrinsic motivation and positive mood.(4) There are many variables between the contextual characteristics factors and the creativity to play the intermediary role; and the individual internal psychic mechanism has many dimensions, these psychic mechanism also exists, and has the mutual influence function.(5) No distinctive influence has been observed as demographic variable exert on the supervisory support,coworker support,intrinsic motivation,positive mood and creativity of the employees, such as gender, age, education level, and occupation, etc.
