| This thesis is focusing on employee welfare while researched the definition, the cause, the expand level, the organized system, the function and the meaning, through the current international and domestic situation of employee welfare research, and from the ethical and economic efficiency point to explore the "sein" situation of employee welfare, particularly to avoid the shortcomings of traditional study based on achievement and performance incentive system, excavating humanization aspect in system of employee welfare.Theoretically , this thesis claims maximum employee well-being as its ultimate objective, constructing socialistic employee welfare protection system, and applying innovation and perfection from various levels and dimensions such as content, system building, cost, thereby expanding the employee welfare humanization, diversification, autonomy, efficiency extension and ensuring the employee welfare is probably constructed and implemented. |
