The company is a state-owned construction enterprise,the company was founded in early2003, is now tenth years. Thecompany’s main business income from about3000000000Yuan then to2011has increased to31626000000yuan, an increase of9.5times, enterprise production scale has expanded each year, production capacity has been strengthened, in these ten years the government increased infrastructure policy makes the group make a spurt of progress of development. But the group also potential can not be ignored the crisis with the scale expanding, the funds required for the volume increasing, loans increased year by year, the group of funds increasingly tense, high debt, the company’s financial risk is increasing.I think, to improve the existing performance evaluation system, strict reward and punishment measures as a breakthrough, it is to improve the management level of enterprises, improve the point of enterprise management. The world famous management master Drucker (Peter F Drucker) said that such a famous saying:"if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage."The basic premise of enterprise management is the enterprise performance evaluation. I hope that through the reference has been some experts on the enterprise performance evaluation theory research, the combination of construction enterprises and the characteristics of the industry, in order to perfect the management system of construction enterprises, improve the management level of construction enterprise perspective establishes a set to be able to strengthen enterprise management, promote the construction of enterprise competitiveness, fully consider the performance evaluation system of stakeholders the interests of the. For construction enterprises in China in the performance evaluation provides a reference model, and then do some beneficial discussion for the long-term development of our basic constructionThis paper is divided into five chaptersChapter1:Introduction. The research content and the research background and significance, introduces the research methods, innovation, expected.Chapter2:Literature review.Study of the domestic and foreign enterprises performance evaluation are reviewed, based on the theoretical basis of the paper.Chapter3:Analysis of the current situation and problems of performance evaluation of construction enterprise.Introduced the basic concept and evaluation of our existing construction industry enterprise performance, analyses the existing problems of performance evaluation of the construction enterprises of our country and the reason.Chapter4:Improvement of construction enterprise performance evaluation system.The chapter on the necessity to improve perfect construction enterprise performance evaluation system is expounded, introduces the factor, need to consider improving the performance appraisal system of construction enterprise performance evaluation system should possess. My view is that:in the implementation of enterprise performance evaluation system should pay attention to the interests of all stakeholders, not just focus on their own interests, pay attention to enterprise management, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, but also to undertake corresponding social responsibility, pay attention to the protection of the surrounding environment, the problems existing in the solutions one by one.Chapter5:Case analysis.The company and the specific combination, using innovation to improve after the construction of enterprise performance evaluation system, testing of specific indicators, in order to verify the effectiveness of the new system.Chapter6:The need to pay attention to the construction of enterprise performance evaluation system in the process of problem.In order to further perfect the construction of enterprise performance evaluation system, and achieve the expected results, reflect the value of focusing on the establishment of performance evaluation system should pay attention to the implementation of the proposed construction in enterprise performance evaluation system problems. The main contribution of this paper is:1, emphasize the development of construction enterprises should pay attention to all other stakeholders, not only concerned about their own interests, to reflect the impact on the environment concern, put forward the construction of enterprise performance evaluation to reflect the corporate social contribution, capital return rate, the comprehensive utilization of resources in the financial indicators.2, With the development of the society, the core competitiveness of enterprises will be the human capital, after the so-called talent, talent, more reflected in the enterprise is enterprise’s wealth, so in this paper, human capital as the evaluation index.3, the current society, more and more large-scale enterprise group, enterprise group in the related party transactions more and more, how to promote the comprehensive utilization of resources, improve efficiency, reduce the cost, this paper proposed the resources conformity index.
