Performance appraisal is the key and foundation of human resource development and management, and construction company performance appraisal is an important pillar of the company, a connecting link between the preceding and the following. Therefore, only the company’s employees to conduct a fair, scientific and systematic performance appraisal, in order to effectively promote the development of the company. This paper focuses on the performance evaluation system of RZHY construction company, based on the existing performance evaluation system to improve, and then guide the other construction institutions to improve the performance evaluation system.The based on literature analysis and other research methods, to RZHY construction company performance appraisal as the object of study by knowledge related to performance evaluation concept, principle and method of introduction, construction of the theoretical basis of this paper, RZHY construction company general situation analysis, and focus on the company’s performance appraisal present situation were analyzed. It is pointed out that the existing problems and defects, at the same time, aiming at the problems of the company’s existing performance appraisal, from the company, department and staff of three levels of the performance appraisal system improved. This paper firstly introduces the concept of enterprise performance, the meaning of performance appraisal, performance appraisal, balanced scorecard, combing the concept and characteristics of the process, lay the theoretical foundation for this study; secondly, in the performance appraisal of the RZHY construction company on the basis of the analysis of the investigation of the existing problems of the company performance analysis method based on; moreover, from the financial indicators, customer indicators, indicators of internal processes, learning and growth indicators of four dimensions of performance evaluation index system in RZHY construction company based on the balanced scorecard, determine the index weight, construction company and Department of the Balanced Scorecard; finally, from the importance of improving the performance appraisal, performance evaluation and other aspects of clear responsibilities to optimize the safeguard measures of performance appraisal the system of RZHY construction company.In this paper, the main innovation lies in the application of balance score card the optimized design of the performance appraisal system of the RZHY construction companies, the balance score card theory and modern enterprise performance appraisal practice with, on the one hand to improve RZHY construction company performance appraisal implementation effect, on the other hand rich based on the balanced scorecard performance appraisal theory and the other similar enterprises performance appraisal system optimization to provide certain reference significance.
