In recent years, high turnover rate troubled enterprises. According to survey data, the company’s overall turnover rate is26.8%. The survey also shows that more than60%of enterprises raise salary to retain employees, but they still cannot solve the problem. In this paper, I read lots of literature at home and abroad and find that high work demand leads to high turnover rate. High work demand is more and more common for employees. In order to increase job satisfaction, ease the sense of the pressure caused by the work demand, reduce employee turnover behavior, companies need to think of this new problems. Domestic and foreign scholars focus on the positive relationship between work demand and turnover. But researches about mechanism between work demand and turnover are few.Through reading a large number of the relevant literature and combined with the specific national conditions of China, I choose elder support and gender as moderator variables. Currently in China, there are more two-income families that both spouses work, the couple’s parents provide families support to help them away from homework. So, elder support is one of the most important supports in China. Male and female roles are different, so their turnover behavior is different. This paper found that when female obtained high elder support, they will not be satisfied with job, and then they will leave organization. This conclusion is different, in order to understand, this paper explains the cause deeply. In the end, I provide some suggestions for the reality of human resource management.
