The new generation of employees means the employees who born after 1980 and enter the workplace. It can also be understood as the post-80 s generation and post-90 s generation who enter the job. With the development of the times, the generation after 80 s and 90 s have become a main force for talent marketplace.It is an important part of China’s talent market.However, the group is also faced with the serious problem of employee turnover.Therefore, the analysis of reason of leaving employees and puts forward some effective measures for the management of the enterprise is the urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the new generation employees as the research object, To investigate the relationship between perceived organizational support, job satisfaction and employee turnover intention. Using more suitable for Chinese context to explore the dimensions of its internal mechanism. By using the mature scale designed questionnaire to investigate the national enterprise,using SPSS22 to analyze the collected data, including reliability, validity testing,correlation analysis and regression analysis etc. The following conclusions are drawn through research: firstly, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, secondly, Job satisfaction has a significant negative impact on turnover intention,thirdly, perceived organizational support has a significant negative impact on turnover intention,fourthly, Job satisfaction plays an intermediary role in the perceived organizational support and turnover intention.In view of the above research results, I put forward the following corresponding suggestions :firstly, the enterprise may consider three aspects of perceived organizational support(support work,value identity, concerned about the interest), By supporting the work of employees, improving employee value identity, being concerned about the interests of employees to improve employee job satisfaction and reduce employee turnover intention.Secondly, Enterprises can consider the five aspects of job satisfaction(the work itself, the superior leadership, colleague relationship, work remuneration, promotion opportunities) to reduce employee tuinover intention.
