According to the relevant research of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,China's new generation of migrant workers the smallest average of 11 years "quit" once,the longest two-year flow once.64.9%of the new generation of migrant workers in the six months will be replaced once,adhere to more than a year of only 2.7%.According to reports,migrant workers frequent leave to make their work more like a "travel job",vividly pointed out that the migrant workers frequent job,often the characteristics of occupational changes.At the same time,the demand for labor in various provinces has been rising,Zhejiang Province,the human resources market data show that in July 2015 the total demand for enterprise workers 603,000 people,while the market total job seekers only 30.6 million;Guangdong Province Bureau of Statistics of 598 companies in the province's quarterly survey shows that since 2009,the enterprise demand for employment has been on the rise,but the employment gap is still there and continue to expand.In recent years,labor shortages have become one of the important factors restricting China's economic development.On the one hand,China has the world's richest labor resources,on the other hand,an important driver of China's economic development-enterprises are unable to recruit the need for workers,facing the market out of the dangerous situation.This situation has a certain relationship with the bottleneck of Chinese enterprises' export orders and the bottleneck of economic structure.But it reflects the legal rights and interests of the migrant workers' labor force in our country,and the difficult situation of migrant workers' survival.The factors influencing the migrant workers' occupational mobility are roughly age,sex,intergenerational differences,educational level,human capital,social capital,marriage and family status,their own industry,the number of flows and the way of flow.In other words,the past,the study of migrant workers from the migrant workers themselves mostly starting.Overall,the current study of migrant workers from the enterprise point of view of the literature is still less.Therefore,this paper studies the turnover tendency of migrant workers from the angle of enterprise.This paper takes the research data of several manufacturing enterprises in Suzhou as a sample in 2015,uses the method of metrological analysis to explain the variables with explanatory variables,management support and vocational skill support as explanatory variables,using the multiple order logit model Regression analysis,focusing on the impact of organizational support on migrant workers'turnover intention and the intergenerational differences of the impact.Finally,this paper draws the following conclusions:First,there is a significant negative correlation between vocational skills support and migrant workers 'turnover tendency,but the impact of management support on migrant workers' turnover intention is not significant.Second,vocational skills support and management support There is a certain intergenerational difference in the relationship between migrant workers 'turnover intention,which is related to the relationship between migrant workers'.More significant in the previous generation of migrant workers in the group is not significant.In addition,the impact of income,social security,marital status and other factors on the tendency to leave there are also some intergenerational differences.
