Inthis paper, by Schneider electric (China) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as:Schneider electric) distributor management business development status of energyefficiency management department as the research object, through the group structureadjustment, restructuring, business system transformation and change in marketconditions, analysis, summarized the insufficiency, grasping opportunities, avoidingrisks, planning and the future development direction of the management distributorchannels and the focus of work, which is a very important new strategic deploymentfor Schneider China, it is also the important foundation for energy managementdepartment which can be stand or not.Schneider Electric is one of the world’s top500enterprises, is not only theelectrical brand is globally recognized, and advocating solutions green future supplier.Energy management department as one of the major growth point plan Schneiderelectric strategic transformation, which is an important part of Schneider electricsolution. With the development of business of the group and the new strategic target,in the Chinese market, how to design the architecture of integrated wiringprofessional field, the professional market and technology support team, develop aloyal and stable sales team, with high team of distributors will be beneficial to ensurethe realization of goals. At present, the energy efficiency management department hasjust set up, for which sales plays a system of distributors of significance, but there is a common sector transition, such as the lack of system management, effective qualityuneven, some good and some bad, the number of regions is uneven, happen of CTSproblem, the condition seriously affect the healthy development of the distributorteam, and restricting the pace of energy management department.This paper firstly introduces the development process and the market situation ofSchneider electric group and energy management department, and the position andstatus in the distributor management, summarized the existing problems, and then toanalyze the whole distributor system systematically, including integrated wiringindustry situation, competition advantages and disadvantages as well as the businessarchitecture system and so on, the actual situation through data analysis and marketbusiness, develop suitable business development mode of distribution channeldistributors, determine the establishment and management of standard, using whatmethods distributor management system and KPI assessment measures. In order tostrengthen channel construction, the selection of quality distributors, improve thetechnical standards of products, expand the market demand of the products, tomobilize the enthusiasm of distributors, strong brand in the wiring position in theindustry and the sustained and healthy development, and through the SWOT analysismethod and theory to prove the analysis conclusion. The purpose of this thesis,through the analysis of theory and practice of business, establish a set of scientificand applicable Schneider electrical distributors management system, implementationof the planning, construction, development of distributors, control, support, incentivesand other means, to ensure the realization of energy efficiency managementdepartment sales target and market objectives, implementation and maintenance ofthe Schneider group integrated wiring of global strategic objectives.
