According to the forecasts by World Tourism Association: From2010to2020,the number of international tourism and international tourism revenues have beengrowth at an annual rate of4.3%,6.7%. And to2020, the tourism industry revenuewill be increased to16trillion dollars, which is equal of10%of global GDP. Thetourism industry’s position in the world economy increased year by year, and thestatistics of World Tourism Organization show that the tourism industry has currentlybecome the first industry of the world.With sustained development of world economic, people’s income have beenincreased, and more and more people have urgent desire to travel around. Accordingto the survey, to2020China will become the world’s largest tourism destinationcountry. From2010to2020, this decade can be called the "golden years" of tourismindustry development of China.Base on the favorable background of both international and domestic situation,Xinjiang tourism will also be developed faster, that mainly because: Firstly, after thecentral work conference in Xinjiang, the social welfare and security improvedsignificantly, people’s livelihood has been greatly improvement. Secondly, in thepost-crisis era, Xinjiang GDP is still growth at a double-digit GDP rate. Xinjiangresidents’ income has increased, CPI amplitude is stability, and more Xinjiangresidents have willing to travel around, tourism market shows a very active state.To eradicating poverty, to achieving sustainable development and to promotingother important industries are inseparable from the tourism industry. Statistics fromWorld Tourism Organization show that tourism has become the most importantindustry in the world. As a large agricultural country,"three rural" issue of china is very prominent. it is a top priority during Chinese social and economic development.To develop rural ecotourism is one of solution of "three rural" issue.Rural ecotourism is such a tourism illustrated as follow: First of all, it happenedin rural areas; Secondly, tourists are attracted by the beautiful reality, ecotourismresources and supporting agricultural industries; Last but not least, the idea of Ruralecotourism is ecological and sustainable. Therefore, the rural ecotourism can fullyintegrate rural resources, upgrade the structure of rural industry, and coordinatesustainable development of rural economy.Xinjiang rural ecotourism development is still at the starting stage, for the inlimitation of many factors, which is the weakness of economic foundation, instabilityof society, and inconvenient traffic restrictions. By analyzing the rural ecotourismresearch background and significance of choosing subject, this paper focuses on theproblem related by rural ecotourism development in Xinjiang, and put forward somerecommendations.This paper is divided into seven chapters; the first chapter introduces the ruraleco-tourism background, significance of choosing subject, research status of both hereand abroad, paper’s research ideas, methods. The second chapter shows the relatedconcept compares than and Concept comparison and analysis of the underlying theory,I believe that rural eco-tourism can be defined as: Background for rural tourism,eco-tourism draws the essence of rural tourism and ecotourism combination produceda new form, is a comprehensive travel. The meaning of it is not only tourism,recreation and learning to enjoy rural culture, but also appreciate the importance ofthe ecological environment, focusing on the protection of natural ecological resourceswhile maintaining the rural socio-economic and natural environment coordinateddevelopment.By introducing foreign States, Spain and China, Yunnan, Guizhou Province, ruraleco-tourism development experience, Chapter three is summed up the ruraleco-tourism development revelation: Firstly, development of eco-tourism is based ona good ecological environment in rural villages; Secondly, rural eco-tourism needs to be a macro-economic background as a platform; thirdly is to promote regionalcooperation, enrich cultural products.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation in Xinjiang rural eco-tourismdevelopment and its advantages. And Xinjiang rural eco-tourism have the somefeatures, such as the government support efforts, their own resources and productsadvantages of the project.By the previous analysis,in Chapter five, the rural eco-tourism development inXinjiang problem is identified: lack of overall planning, short-term interests tend toseriously; urban industrial layout of the environmental pollution caused by theirrational; single product form, lack of effective management. And major constraints:social instability; economic base is weak and inaccessible.In chapter six, relevant suggestions are put forward as follow: strengthen thescientific planning, improve the tourism quality, adhere the "agricultural" character,increase investment, strengthen the tourism theme concepts. By those suggestions,rural eco-tourism in Xinjiang development can take a certain reference value. Inchapter seven, the summary of the full text can be sum up.
