Research On Farmers’ Income Gap And Income Increase In Xinjiang

Increasing farmer’s income is a complex and realistic problem. the centraldocument No.1In2013, increase the strong agricultural policies, clearly put forwardto give the country the power to maintain the constant strengthening agriculture, tobenefit the rural, rich farmers. The Party Central Committee always adhere to the"three rural" work in an important position to catch, how to speed up the ruralconstruction, how to promote rural economic growth, increase the income of farmershas become the undisputed main task at the present stage, rural areas and farmers. The2011the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Eighth Party Congress explicitly putforward: to Xinjiang in2015, double the income of the farmers, the per capita netincome of farmers reached9300yuan in Xinjiang. Therefore, both the theoretical, orpolicy design, focused on the issue of increasing farmers’ income, ensure that thefarmers’ income is the current and future quite a long period of agriculture, rural areasand farmers focus.The full text is divided into five parts, the first part summarizes some of theresearch results of farmers’ income growth at home and abroad, the second partsummarizes the related theories and concepts of farmer income growth, the third partuses comparative analysis method using a large amount of historical data werecompared between Xinjiang and the whole country, the west, northwest and InnerMongolia area farmers income, analyzes the characteristics and current status offarmers of Xinjiang. The fourth part separately from the market development, urbanconstruction, regional development, income structure and the quality of labor force,in-depth analysis of the problems and the reasons for the increase income of farmersin Xinjiang, points out the present deficiency. The fifth part presents how Xinjiangways and policy suggestions to speed up the growth of farmers’ income in the currentsituation.Through the research, this paper think, Xinjiang from strengthening the cultivationof the rural market, speed up urbanization, regional development, accelerateagricultural modernization and agricultural product processing industry development,improve the quality of the rural population, strengthen the financial support to start,we will establish a sound mechanism for the common prosperity of farmers,promoting the Xinjiang farmers’ income levels continue to improve.III...
