Empirical Reseacrh On The Impacts Of Wages Income On Xinjiang Farmers' Income Increase

In recent years, China's economy developed nice and fast, the Chineseinternational status obviously improved, and the people's living standard have beenbetter improved, but at the same time the gap of income of urban and rural has thetendency of expansion, so the problem of increasing farmers' income became the toppriority of the social concern. From the state to the local, takes measures to respond tothe problem of increasing farmers' income, and the farmers' income also has a certaindegree of improvement.Xinjiang farmer's main source of income is the income from first industrybusiness. The development of rural secondary and tertiary industries is backwardwhich makes the salary income. The proportion of non-agricultural income is far lessthan that of the developed area. It is difficult for Xinjiang farmers' income to growpersistently and steady. The annual growth rate of income fluctuates up and down.This is the important feature of the farmers' income in Xinjiang in recent years. In thispaper, by means of the analysis of the farmers' income source, finding that peasant'sfamily business income in Xinjiang accounts for a bigger chunk of the farmer'sincome, and it is the farmer's main source of income, but the facilitation of peasant'sfamily business promoting farm's income becomes smaller and smaller. Compared tothe national farmers' income, we can found the proportion of Xinjiang farmers' salaryincome in the farmers' income is small but the pull function of farmers' salary incomeis greater than that of family business income. It is the potential for increasing theincome of farmers in Xinjiang. To realize the stability and sustainability of increasingfarmers' income, the main measure is increasing the farmers' salary income.This article uses the date of farmers' salary income of Xinjiang several typicalagricultural state, analysis respectively contribution rate of all over the state inXinjiang farmers' salary income source. The results show that increasing the incomeof farmers working in Xinjiang local enterprise and migrant workers is the main power of increasing farmers' salary income. Thus, on the basis of analyzing theinfluence factors this paper puts forward some suggestions of increasing farmers'income in Xinjiang. It mainly includes speeding up the process of ruralindustrialization in Xinjiang, where can increase the employment of farmers inXinjiang the second and third industry; Combined with the specific situation inXinjiang, Xinjiang can develop township and village enterprises to speed up the paceof urbanization in Xinjiang with characteristic agriculture as the foundation. Theeffect of those two measures will be more obvious in the northern region than that insouthern region; Increasing the rural human capital investment of Xinjiang, improvingtheir overall quality, can make more rural surplus labor force going out for laborservices. Through the series of measures Xinjiang farmers' salary income will beincreased, so that the farmers' income in Xinjiang can get rapid and stable growth.
