With the development of economic globalization, the speed of the continuous developmentand progress of science and technology, product upgrades become faster and faster, and thecompetition among enterprises has become more and more intense and complex, enterprisesare facing the external competitive environment also constantly changing, the competitionspread more and more widely, more enterprises join to the competition. Companies want tosurvive in this complex environment, it is necessary for them to own a unique competitivesuperiority, while innovation is one of the effective ways to gain a competitive superiority. When companies are in fierce competitive environment, the role of competitive pressures,companies often use innovation and enhance their own strength, in order to bail out. Based onthe theoretical analysis of social networks, based on the combination of competitiveenvironment and corporate willingness to innovate theories, the use of empirical analysis,research competitive network innovation intention. In this paper, on the basis of theory on thesocial network, combined with the competitive environment of enterprises and enterpriseinnovation will theory, the use of empirical analysis, research enterprises competing networkswillingness to innovate.First of all, the paper reviews and summarizes the literature about social networks,innovation networks, competing networks, the competitive environment, and corporatewillingness to innovate, which is the theoretical foundation and to better the analysisempirical; secondly, the paper combine social networks with theory of the competitiveenvironment, and define the enterprise competing networks. On the basis of the socialnetwork division, the competitive network is divided into structural dimensions and contactdimensions, and build a measure of the two dimensions of the competing networks, thestructural dimension include network-centric, network scale, network density and networkheterogeneity, and contact dimensions include contact strength, contact stability and contactresources; thirdly, according to the dimensions of competing networks dividing, the paperanalysis the relationship between each measure and willingness to innovate and put forwardthe underlying assumptions about competing networks affecting the willingness of enterprisesto innovate, and build a theoretical model; then, by the way of questionnaire, to obtain the relevant data and use LISREL8.70software to check model constructed, verified thehypothesis put forward by competing networks willingness of enterprises to innovate impactmodels and results; finally, on the basis of empirical research, the paper analysis the empiricalresults, and get the model and results about the enterprise competition effecting thewillingness of enterprise to innovate.
