Researches On Urban-rural Dual Structure And Integration Level In Dalian City

The urban-rural segmentation has hindered social progress caused by the urban-ruraldual structure, and the urban-rural integration has become the inevitable trend of economicand social development. Urban-rural integration is centered on cities, the small towns as a link,based on the country, the rural areas driven by urban areas and township promoted agriculture,which established the new urban-rural relationship of mutual benefit and reciprocity, mutualpromotion, coordinated development and promoted common prosperity. Many countries payclose attention to the urban-rural integration thinking, the current research focused on thetheoretical study and qualitative analysis, but less in quantitative analysis.According to the actual situation of economic and social development in Dalian City,and the latest national development policies and guiding ideology. Building comprehensive evaluation model basedon Analytic Hierarchy Process and Factor Analysis. Evolution of the urban-rural integrationin Dalian City from2001to2010were analyzed, the author analyzes a higher level ofurban-rural integration in Dalian City is rise year by year and in the moderate stage at present.Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are raised according to the advantage anddisadvantage of urban-rural integration development on analysis in Dalian. Includingstrengthen the policy system and the infrastructure, coordinate urban and rural areas to protectpublic service system integration, protect the environment to strengthen the construction ofecological environment and optimize the industrial structure, etc.
