Research On Location Selection Of Baicheng Rural Logistics Center Based On Integration Of Urban And Rural Logistics

With the rapid development of agricultural modernization,China's rural logistics shows more opportunities for development,and the rural logistics market ushered in a greater space for development,which urgently needs to establish and improve the urban and rural logistics system.The core point of constructing urban and rural logistics system is the location of rural logistics center.In recent years,the continuous increase of investment in logistics infrastructure in baicheng has gradually improved the logistics network in baicheng,which to some extent has promoted the rapid development of the logistics industry in baicheng.However,due to its remote rural location,rugged roads and low urbanization level in most areas,baicheng not only increases the difficulty of logistics distribution,but also increases the cost of logistics companies.All these restrict the development of urban-rural logistics integration and make it a slogan.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to link up urban and rural logistics efficiently and deepen the rapid development of urban and rural logistics integration.The research content of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper elaborates on the research background and significance of this paper,the research summary of urban.rural logistics integration at home and abroad at the present stage,and determines the research content and research ideas of this paper.Second of all,the integration of urban and rural logistics and the basic concept of rural logistics center location selection,according to the location,the paper simply explains the mechanism of the integration of urban and rural logistics development in baicheng,expounds the construction of rural logistics center to promote the integration of urban and rural logistics important influence,and analyzed by building the rural logistics center in baicheng can make rapid advance of the integration of urban and rural logistics development in baicheng.Third,combined with the existing development situation of logistics node in baicheng by building unbiased grey and markov chain combination forecast model to the combination of white city logistics demand forecast demand over the next 20 years,the demand forecast results not only can be a model of rural logistics center location model in baicheng parameters,at the same time,also for the next 20 years in baicheng plans for the development of the logistics industry to provide the valuable reference and guidance.Fourth,on the basis of the logistics demand forecast of baicheng city,this paper studies the location of the rural logistics center of baicheng city.Qualitative analysis is made from five aspects to analyze the influencing factors of site selection of baicheng rural logistics center,and the influencing factors are taken as the evaluation index of site selection of baicheng logistics center to construct the comprehensive evaluation system of site selection of baicheng logistics center.On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used for qualitative analysis of the alternative points.The quantitative model builds a mixed 0-1 integer programming model for the site selection of the rural logistics center in baicheng city,and USES lingo to solve the site selection model.Finally,based on the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the final result of location selection of rural logistics center in baicheng city is obtained.
