Since the last century, in the late1940s, the end of World War II, the world shows atrend of stable, relatively peaceful and prosperous situation, brings a good opportunityto the country’s social and economic development, especially to some developedcountries in Europe and America who have good industry basement, rich of technologyand capital. Because the industry revival and rapid economic development firstappeared in the developed countries, they are very advanced in the research ofenterprise human resource management. While the marketization andinternationalization of china economy are intensified, the gap of management levelbetween Chinese enterprise and that of developed country is highlighted step by step.Especially for effective human resource incentive mechansim, that is much concernedby enterprise management in theory and practice. Based on this, after deep analysis ofbasic incentive theory, requirement of stall and construction, combined with the specificexample of YH gas station limited company, this subject provides suggestion how tobuild incentive system for Chinese state-owned labor-intensive small and mediumenterprise.Based on the study of large number of literatures about employee incentive systemin developed country, this paper provides an analysis of employee incentive mechanismfor small and medium labor intensive enterprises. Based on real case of ChengDu Gasstation,1st investigates the employee characteristics by time, space, behavior,motivation, satisfaction and influence factors,2nd studies the employee’s individualdiversity with corresponding management strategy. Finally, gives constructivesuggestion of new incentive mechanism for small and medium labor intensiveenterprises.This paper has important theoretical and practical value to incentive research tolabor-intensive small and medium enterprises. In theory, it is the compensation forlabor-intensive small and medium enterprises lack of employee incentives system; Inpractice, it provides the reference to state-owned labor-intensive small and mediumenterprises to build a employee incentive system. At the same time, this study has a certain political and social significance for building a harmonious enterprise.This article has five parts: The first part is an introduction, discusses thebackground, purpose, meaning, design and methods; The second part is aliterature review of the relevant theory; the third part is the analysis of thequestionnaire, to the status of employee incentive in YH gas station Limited company;The fourth part is the author’s suggestion of the reconstruction of employeeincentive to YH gas station Limited company, and the last part of the paper is theconclusion, including a summary of the study and research deficiencies and Prospect.
