With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, knowledge intensiveenterprises are developing boomingly in our country. Knowledge is the core assets ofknowledge intensive enterprise, if we want to use the knowledge assets effectively, wemust carry on the effective knowledge management. On the knowledge managementwithin enterprises, scholars have done a lot of reseraches on explicit knowledgemanagement, but the researches about tacit knowledge management are fewer, in fact, theenterprises’ knowledge assets are mainly existed in the knowledge workers’ mind in theform of tacit knowledge. The primary task of tacit knowledge management is to realize thesharing of tacit knowledge within the enterprise, so that the employees’ tacit knowledgecan change into the organizational knowledge. But due to the value of tacit knowledge isdifficult to verify, and workers have no motivation to share the tacit knowledge voluntarily,so the design of tacit knowledge sharing incentive mechanism has become the primary taskfor the enterprise to share tacit knowledge.Firstly, the paper summarized the existing knowledge management, especially themanagement researches of tacit knowledge sharing within the enterprise. On the basis ofthis, we constructed a theory model, and it is about the incentive mechanism of tacitknowledge sharing within knowledge intensive enterprises, by solving the model, weanalyzed the influence factors of tacit knowledge sharing within knowledge intensiveenterprises. The oretical analysis shows that: for the project-driven knowledge-intensiveenterprises, the complementary and alternative relationships which are reflected in thecosts of the efforts to complete the project and the efforts to share tacit knowledge reflect isthe key factor in implementing the tacit knowledge sharing decision;when they present asubstitution relationship, the best choice is not to encourage the workers to share tacitknowledge,and make them concentrate on the project, while when they present acomplementary relationship, we can achieve the goal of sharing the tacit knowledge bystrengthening the incentive programs. Analysis of the impact of exogenous variables on thetacit knowledge sharing show that cost coefficient, the degree of cost substitution and costcomplementary and project value are the key factors which influence the tacit knowledgesharing, and both are presented a single positive or negative correlation. Then on the basisof the researches above, we applied the theory to practice and took the Chongqing Jinxinwisdom science and technology company which is a typical knowledge intensiveenterprise as the example to carry on a case study, we studied the knowledge sharing of the company, especially the tacit knowledge sharing. By analyzing the case of the company,we can see that the company has a strong demand for knowledge management system,although they also have their own knowledge management, there exists three problems intheir knowledge management, the three aspects are the system platform of knowledgesharing, the management system of knowledge sharing and the incentive mechanism ofknowledge sharing. Finally, aiming at the existing problems of the company, weestablished the plan of encouraging the workers to share tacit knowledge from theperspective of compensation, taking into account the safeguards which are needed toimplement the program, we put forward three pieces of advice, namely, constructing thesystem platform of knowledge management, building knowledge sharing organization andstandardizing the management system of knowledge sharing to provide effective protectionfor knowledge sharing.We expect that the theory research of this article can provide theoretical support forthe knowledge intensive enterprise to share tacit knowledge, and through the design of theincentive scheme for the company’s tacit knowledge sharing, we can provide a typicalcase for the knowledge intensive enterprises and encourage them to share knowledge andtacit knowledge.
