Capital from Taiwan enterprise from Taiwan also follows this trend in no time. According to non-official statistics, there are almost 2 million business people and their family come to mainland from Taiwan. As for them, Mainland has become the first choice when they decide to move out the estate, especially for that labor-intensive industry. In the beginning process of management, these enterprises uncounted a lot of problems. With the familiar of invest environment and the instruct t form professors, they gradually Became able to solve tax and low problems, however, there are still lots of questions in HR management and product efficiency parts. All this facts lead to the raise of cost and risk of closing down. Based on the incentive theory, this thesis has designed the questionnaire on the personnel satisfaction targeting at labor-intensive enterprises. In terms of the database from questionnaires, the incentive mechanism in labor-intensive ones could be evolved. The research provided a original management style of Taiwan-funded labor - intensive enterprises, which has adopted the incentive practice rather than the repressive one. It is aimed to instill the staff's enthusiasm and increase their efficiency, in order to be more competitive as the international raw materials has been improved, and get the sustainable and high profit. |
