Fijian province is the largest tea producing in China and the total outputis20%of nation’s tea. Especially the Oolong tea produced in Fujian,it willaffect the total output and its bargain price in China. However, the pricingmechanism about Oolong tea is still out of order and the transaction efficiencyis not high though the numbers of tea producing enterprises and tea dealers inFujian have been increasing rapidly in the past10years.This thesis will start from the existing price mechanism of Oolong tea inFujian province and study the existing bargain price and trading behavior amongtrading agent. Combining with empirical analysis of existing price gametheory,the thesis will discuss the relevant internal and external influencefactor of bargain price and then put forward the detail counter-measure toimprove the transaction efficiency of Oolong tea in Fujian province.First, the thesis will make analysis and research on all aspects includethe varieties and output of Oolong tea in Fujian, the present situation oftea industry chain, the brand of tea and the main tea enterprise and so on,and to know the detail situation of the whole Oolong tea industry in Fujianprovince.Secondly, the thesis will make a thorough analysis to the relevant internaland external influence factor of price fixing, the price behavior over thepast10years, the pricing strategies of Oolong tea dealers and teaenterprises, and then to find the long standing issue of the transaction ofOolong tea in Fujian province.Thirdly, based on the data collected by questionnaire survey, the thesiswill make empirical analysis by the Game theory and statistic regressionanalysis to test the price sensitive of tea trader and to know the tradingbehavior between the buyer and seller during the process of price Game.Finally, the thesis will point out the significance of the reform of bargain price mechanism which include the investment philosophy of tea trading, thebrand scale effect of tea enterprise, the development of electronic commerceand so on and then put forward the detail correspond measure to improve thetransaction efficiency of Oolong tea.The thesis mainly study the trading behavior of different transactionsubject with the change of the trading environment and hope it will improve thetransaction efficiency of Oolong tea by the government support of relevantpolicy and measure.
