The emphasis of this paper is the present situation and the countermeasures of the export of Fujian Oolong Tea to Japan. First of all, the research focus on the relevant historical of Oolong Tea exported to Japan, the market development of Oolong tea in Japan, the situation of the export of Fujian Oolong Tea to Japan, the arising reason for the exportation, the export situation during the main flourishing period and the market demand at that time in Japan. All of these were leading to the understanding of the origin and reasons for flourishing of the tea exportation from Fujian to Japan. Since2003, Japan has repeatedly modified the requirement standards for the imported tea, and the Japanese "definite list system" was introduced in2006. During the years after the implementation, Japan MHLW carried out the monitoring inspection and command check to Chinese tea regarding the pesticides, such as triazophos, bromopropylate, fipronil and propham. This paper collects the quality bulletins of Chinese export tea for the past eight years for researching the relating items, limits and classifications. It focus on the health situation such as pesticide residues of export tea according to data statistics of expert legal inspections and safety risk monitoring results from the year2006to2013and find out the high risk items of pesticide residues in Fujian Oolong Tea and also other Fujian Tea for further improve the export quality pointedly. From the comprehensive risk analysis of export tea, it analyzes the exporting high risks and their countermeasures. And the last piont,it focus on using the case analysis form Fujian Tea exporter enterprises to test and verify the effectiveness of their countermeasures for further development and export demands of enterprises.
