We must establish a scientific post system, on which we set up the employee assessment and incentive management system. We can optimize the workflow and reasonably adjust and distribute the human resources in order to give full play to the utility of it. It is the important means for a modern enterprise to stimulate employees’potential, to control the company’s implementation of the plan effectively and to protect the realization of business goals. With Nanhai Training Company, Neusoft Group as the object, after a lot of interviews and researches, this paper will analyze the main existing problems and disadvantages in current post management in the company. Referring to the related cases in the world and based on the basic theory and method of post management, this paper designs for the company a scientific and practical post management system which will establish a unified model of employee competency, reclassify the post sequence, improves and clarify the division of the post sequence level and post classification, and finally it comes to standards of the relative value of posts and post qualifications. Meantime, the new post system has perfected the job promotion channels, providing more space for employee development, and will enhance the incentives for employees. The new post system will also set up staff career development management, staff mobility mechanisms and create good conditions for the construction of the enterprise staff.
