The Research On Modern Agriculture Of Industrial Transfer Demonstration Region Of The City-cluster Along The Changjiang River In Anhui Province

During the "12th Five-Year Plan",as the development of industrializion,informatization, urbanization, population of city increases and the living standardimproves.And as the implementation of the strategy of expanding domestic demand,agriculture gradually realize large-scale producting and intensive management.In the sametime, consumption demand for agricultural products is increasing,agricultural function isexpanding.What’s more, the development of agriculture in foreign country shows thatagriculture is always neglected or weakened in rapid development of industrializationperiod. So,We must pay more attention to agricultural modernization and industrialization,urbanization and the coordinated development.According to "undertake special planning the development of industrial transferdemonstration region of the city-cluster along the Changjiang River in Anhui (2010-2015years)", modern agriculture is the key development industry. Anhui is one of the importantagricultural province,which has the unique natural location and climate and environmentfor development of agriculture. The main grain production in Anhui is rice, wheat, beans,corn, sorghum, sweet potato,and the main cash crop is cotton, rapeseed, tea, tobacco,silkworm cocoon,etc.For developmenting modern agriculture, we should make good use ofthe rare opportunity, modern material conditions of agricultural equipment, modernscientific technology, modern industrial system, modern management mode, moderndevelopment idea, and training farmer to develop modern agriculture.In the same time,weshould make effort to explore agriculture modernization for China.Based on modern agriculture in domestic and foreign literature, this paper analysescurrent situation and feature of the development of modern agriculture of industrial transferdemonstration region of the city-cluster along the Changjiang river in anhui province,thenbuild an evaluation system for evaluation of the level of the development of modernagriculture of these cities.The system includes three evaluation indicators: the first level isthe comprehensive evaluation index, which is the level of development of modernagriculture; the second level is the fist-class index, including agricultural material inputlevel, agricultural output level indicator, level indicator, rural economic developmentindicators, the economic structure of agriculture and agriculture science and technologylevel, the level of sustainable development index. The third level is the second-class index,including unit power consumption,mechanization of farming area rate, unit of cultivatedland, per capita effective fertilization of rice yield, the per capita GDP, agricultural total output value of agriculture accounts for the proportion of GDP, the proportion of scientificresearch personnel, and the yield of drought and waterlogging,etc.By researching the relevant statistical data of calculation, this paper analyses andcomparing the level of modern agriculture development of industrial transferdemonstration region of the city-cluster along the Changjiang River in Anhui province,andprovide countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern agriculture inthese cities.
