Industrial development of the city is the potential power of urban development,and urban development is the best carrier of industrial development.Economics proposed that industrial development and urban development must not be divorced from each other and should be match each other.”Integration of industry and city”,which is mentioned in this thesis,remains the general summary of interacting relations among industries in the town and city. reflecting deeply as well.In the dramatic backdrop of economic restructuring, the country presented the “Integration of industry and city”which is aimed at the”separation of industry and city” that presented before is an innovative economic development ideas and road.This mode of economic transformation requires the industrial and the city to do the integration of space, function and many other aspects,to achieve “mutual promotion between industry and city, integration of the industry and city.”The author believes that the core of “integration of the industry and city”not only refers to the industrial development and urban development relying on and promoting each other, more important is the ability to truly integrate with each other and mutual penetration,forming a city integrated development pattern.In recent years, China has increased investment in the Central Plains region’s economic development, urban construction has begun to accelerate the speed of Henan Province, the proportion of urbanization has reached more than 40% in 2013,the way of proportion between industrial clusters and urban promoting the urbanization process, especially for the construction of new development areas,industrial parks and livelihood projects, new rural building engineering construction has played a major role,at the same time integration of the industry and city is also good to Henan development. Industrial and urban transition point is not just a complementary system of industrial and urban area between the industrial clusters,but also very important for the modernization of the industrial and innovativeenterprises;the development of integration of the industry and city improves the city’s urban development, particularly important for promoting comprehensive urban economic development.This article regards integration of the industry and city in industrial cluster as the theme, based on the analysis of the current problems about integration of the industry and city in industrial cluster produced integration of the industry and city as a core concept of urban development, and quantitative and qualitative analysis of the degree of integration in Henan Province through the establishment of the evaluation system of integration of the industry and city, in order to find the best solutions to achieve integration of the industry and city in china, to achieve integration of the industry and city, harmonious and healthy development.Paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter introduces the background,the concepts of integration of the industry and city and research methods and ideas;the second chapter analysis the problems which based on the actual situation of Henan Province; the third chapter builds the corresponding data validation criteria on the basis of the data analysis, in deeply study of the phenomenon of integration of the industry and city; the fourth chapter in the high-tech Development Zone,Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, introduces the concept of integration of the industry and city and the usage of corresponding data standard; the fifth chapter focuses on the actual situation of integration of the industry and city in industrial cluster in Henan Province, proposed the corresponding construction strategy; the last chapter is summarized for the entire article.
