Enter the21st century, with the competition in the industry increasingly intense, moreand more electronic components companies will greatly improve the quality of products andservices as a way to enhance their competitive strength. Only once we know our advantagesand disadvantages of quality management, we can objectively plan the development andimprovement direction of quality. Therefore, the main discussing problem of this paper is howto evaluate the overall level and the shortage on quality management of an enterprise. Thepaper based on the basic theory of lean quality management, established the DH Companylean quality management performance evaluation index system.In the research, this paper mainly takes the methods such as consult literature,comparative analysis, questionnaire investigation, statistical and mathematical analysis, indetail analyzes and sums up the various factors about quality management performanceevaluation at home and abroad, the meaning, the source, management object, characteristicsand management of lean quality management, at the same time it also analyzes theoperating characteristics, product characteristics and market situation of DH Company. Baseson this, the paper rise up the lean quality management level evaluation index system,including such as” Process Quality Control”,“quality, cost, efficiency”, etc. in total of sevenaspects with thirty-seven indicators. The paper uses factor analysis to verify the correlation ofindex, the consistent and validity of factor constitution, then uses analytic hierarchy process tocalculates each factors weight. Thus the hierarchical structure of evaluation index systemwhich final gain has avoided subjectivity, and the weighting of each factor are morereasonable, so that enable the index system we make is more in line with the companydevelopment strategy. Finally uses this system to conduct a comprehensive evaluation to thelean quality management level of each working procedure inside DH Company, afterhorizontal contrast, points out their respective advantages and disadvantages.The evaluation index system, not only refer to the specialist institutions at home andabroad research achievements, also combines the actual situation and the existing problems ofProduction management system and quality management system, at the same time alsoconsidered the peer company management status, supplier characteristic and the customer’srequirement to the product performance of DH Company, to enable the evaluation indexsystem be more scientific, practice and targeted. Another feature of the index system is the combination of the "lean" thought and qualitymanagement. This paper builds the index system that is the most focus on “quality costbenefit goal” and “process quality control”, and followed by other factors. At the same timethe system also includes the content of the traditional quality management, such as supplierquality management and incoming quality control,5s, corrective and preventive, QC,advanced quality planning, training, process capability, etc., so the index system iscomprehensive.
